Karak Tycoon - Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

Karak Tycoon is a casual idle game made by IdleTap (idletap.app). This policy explains what data the game uses, why, and how you can delete it.

What we store

• Game progress (coins, stages, branches, cards, cosmetics, settings) so it can be saved to the cloud and restored on another device.
• A random account ID created automatically when you first play. It is not linked to your real identity.
• Display name shown on the world leaderboard (you can change it at any time).
• Email address and password only if you choose to link an account. Passwords are stored as salted one-way hashes and can never be read.

Advertising

The game shows optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. Ads only play when you choose to watch one for a reward (for example a boost, extra gems or a wheel spin), and each type is limited per day.

To show and measure ads, Google AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and app information, and ad interaction data. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy: How Google uses information from apps that use its services.

• In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before showing personalised ads (Google consent form). You can change your choice any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices.
• You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
• Ads are limited to content suitable for teens.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location or messages.
• Our own servers do not collect device identifiers (only Google AdMob does, as described above).

In-app purchases

The game has no real-money purchases at the moment. If they are added, payments will be handled by Google Play and we will never see your payment details.

Where data is stored

Game data is stored on Cloudflare (Workers and D1) and is always sent over encrypted HTTPS. We keep it while your account exists.

Leaderboard

Your display name and score are visible to other players on the world leaderboard.

Deleting your data

In the game: Settings → Delete account. Or on the web: delete your account. Your IdleTap account is shared by our games, so deletion permanently removes your account, cloud saves and leaderboard entries in all IdleTap games. Data held by Google AdMob is managed through your Google / Android ad settings.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes.
